  • 3 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoon amchoor
  • 2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon MSG optional, but better

Instructions 

  • Wash your hands with soap and water. Use measuring spoons to add the ingredients to a bowl.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until they are evenly combined. Transfer the fried chicken topping to a shaker or storage container as needed.
